- I'm an allround amateur photographer with a special interest in nature photography. I live in Bruges, Belgium (°1965) and I travel around the world to make my pictures. My real passion is making artistic macro's with a shallow dof.
- I work within the deontology of nature photographers. This means I always respect the subject and its environment to make my pictures. I never destroy, catch or manipulate nature to have a nice shot. None of the birds or mamals are photographed in captivity.
- Many of the pictures I show in this portfolio made it to the Hall of Fame on the Belgiumdigital.com forum. I also publish on Nikoncafe.com . My main goal is to present my work to a worldwide audience.

- Ik ben een allround amateur fotograaf met speciale interesse voor natuurfotografie. Ik woon in Brugge, België (°1965) en reis rond de wereld om mijn foto's te maken. Mijn echte passie is macrofotografie met zeer lage scherptediepte.
- Ik fotografeer binnen de deontologische regels van de natuurfotografie. Dat wil zeggen dat ik het onderwerp en zijn omgeving respecteer. Ik zal nooit dieren of planten vernietigen of vangen om mijn foto's te maken. Alle dieren en planten op mijn foto's zijn in de vrije natuur gefotografeerd.
- Vele foto's die ik op deze website toon haalden de Hall of Fame op www.belgiumdigital.com. Ik publiceer ook op www.nikoncafe.com en mijn hoofddoel is het presenteren van mijn werk aan een wereldwijd publiek.
